Bizum is currently only available through the Eupago API, which you can integrate with your website or software.
Yes. Bizum has a limit of R$1,500 per operation. Payments above this amount must be made by another method – for example, credit card. For customers, Bizum has a limit of R$1,500 daily or R$4,000 monthly. However, this no longer depends on you, but on the customer's use of the application.
Eupago transfers the amount to your account on the 1st business day following receipt of payment. In this case, the transfer will be made to your company's bank account in Spain.
Eupago commissions are automatically deducted from the transaction value. In the case of paying with Bizum, our commission is €0.20 + 1.2% of each transaction, plus the current VAT rate. Eupago's rate plan is completely transparent and is available here.
Many payment gateways in Portugal only focus on Multibanco, MBWAY and Payshop, which are methods that are only available in our country. The only option for payments from abroad are payments with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, which require the customer to share personal data.
